In 2015, HELLENiQ UPSTREAM S.A. is founded, a wholly owned subsidiary (100%) of HELLENiQ UPSTREAM HOLDINGS SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME (100% subsidiary of HELLENiQ ENERGY Group). Company’s vision is to develop activities and execute projects that involve every phase of the industry of hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation (upstream), as well as, to provide consulting services in related matters. HELLENiQ UPSTREAM S.A. personnel, consists of highly skilled, qualified scientists, with international experience in the oil and gas industry.

HELLENiQ’s UPSTREAM strategic goal as part of the HELLENiQ ENERGY Group, is the sound management of the concessions’ portfolio, in order to trace productive hydrocarbon fields and exploit them for the country’s and the local communities’ benefit, with the utter respect towards the environment and to local communities and their activities.
